I like this paper design for a lot of reasons. The font used for the banner looks like a real newspaper and having the price and date also add to that. The layout of the stories and pics is also well done, Harrower would be proud. The teasers are also effective and relavent to your paper. the only one thing I could suggest is to put one more space between the bottom of a picture and the text that accompanies it so that they dont touch. Otherwise it is really good.
