Jes,
The colors in this photo are great...even though there was a range of colors, the tone of them were the same....really cool!
i like the star there on the right.
The headlines on the left were a little crowded an every line was like a different color. I wasn't sure what went with what.
The font for the headline on the bottom is really neat. I like how you did that thing with the crosses/plus signs.
Good job

i really like this. The colors blend well together even though there are so many. I like the photo within the text.. really creative. You definitely get your point across

My favorite thing about this magazine cover is the way you created your headlines. They are creative, to the point, and easy to read. It is easy to see what the cover/feature story is and the way you aligned some of the text on top of other parts looks very cool. I think the photo you chose to use is also very effective because it gives you a good idea of what the magazine (or at least the cover story) is about.

I must say, I do enjoy this one. It reminds me of the catalogs for some of the places I like to shop at. Also, I love Damien Rice, so that sealed the deal for me.

i like the concept of this, but I feel that the headlines are all over the place. There are too many different fonts and colors. Some of the headlines are a little hard to read.
